Is it really OK with TD that 7000 copies of the CD are up for sale on eBay???

I'm not sure if pass-along is Tom... but it seemed strange that the CD was up on eBay...

I try to look in on eBay once a day to see what TD stuff appears...and I bid on it from time to time too...
