Waiting to listen...I just found the CD of sound track for Conan the Barbarian.  Hard to find all 16 tracks at a reasonable price.  There were some sort of legal problems and it is kind of rare to find them.  Costs more than I wanted, but it is easier than watching the movie just to listen to the sound track.  Should be here in a couple of days.  Subatai (sp?) rules.<br /><br /><br /><br />Widseth

I'm listening to the sweet sound of a baby babbling, giggling, razzing, and "talking" to her toys.  <br /><br />That's got to be one of the sweetest sounds in the world!<br /><br />Happy Holidays all!

Had they not killed Valeria off, and she and Subotai were with Conan instead of Zula (Grace Jones) and Bombaata (Wilt Chamberlain), they probably could have made half a dozen successful sequels.<br /><br /><br />Widseth  (votes for the Destroyer to be the worst sequel ever)

I thought Bombaata was pretty cool - heck he swung a mean mace.  Couldn't help think there was some symbolism in all that...<br /><br />But yes - *punches out chad - makes sure it is not hanging* I second the vote!<br /><br />However, there was that Val Kilmer Batman flick to also consider...

Conan the Barbarian is among my top three fantasy movies of all time. I will have to go look at my soundtrack CD and see if it is the complete set. 16 songs you say? (I still don't understand why they keep putting out the DVD in MONO! Even the "special edition" a few years back was mono.) I believe I sense a late night viewing at Indy '07?<br /><br />The "Highlander movie that shall not be named" is among the dank recesses below even the bottom of my list of movies.
