TOPIC: Survey of token buyers who did not get tickets.

I see a couple people have posted that they bought lots of tokens but did not get tickets.  It would be helpful to me to have as many example of this as possible.  I am trying to talk Jeff into something different next year but understanding how many people had this problem would be really helpful.  <br /><br />If you bought at least $100 worth of tokens and did not get a single run <br />OR bought at least $250 worth of tokens and did not get enough tickets for a single run for your group,<br /><br />Please PM me with your real name, amount of tokens purchase and number of tickets you were able to get.<br /><br />I will not post your information to the forum but I will share it with Jeff.

<br /><br />I was unable to pick up a run with more than 3 slots.  I am, potentially, going with 10 other folks.

Sunday I was out of state and away from my computer so I made specific effort to borrow my friends to get tickets.  I started a half an hour before and tried to get to where I needed to be.  One hour later I still had not gotten past the initial screen to register.  Every other website that I went to in that time worked perfectly and I had no other problems.  So even though I bought enough tokens to win a Golden ticket it seems as though that might be the only one I am going on.<br /><br />In previous years this wasn't a problem at all as it didn't take very long to go through the stand-by list but as all groups are already 8 people, it will be only the no shows that push the waiting list along.<br /><br />I hope that I get to do a few runs and I will be seriously disappointed if I can't.

I know I probably do not qualify as I did end up getting tickets... BUT I did have to call in to work and use a medical day to assure I would get tickets...

<br /><br />That is why I was glad tickets were sold on a Sunday this year.  Last year I took a day off work to order tickets.
