Yes. It requires you to play a lot of TD, and I'd like to give a nice thank you for doing that.

6 Exalted items seems like a lot, while only two Enhanced. Of all the 4 points Crown of the Tavern, feels more like a 3 point level token. It's fun, but is more uncommon+ level, than rare+ level. I would consider changing it to Enhanced and then you have 5 and 3. The recipe could require any 2 of the 3 Beer drinkers items maybe.

Oops...thanks for catching that. I THINK making it an Enhanced was the original idea -- I just got too carried away while making the art.
