TOPIC: WOTC Booth/Area?

WOTC Booth/Area? 9 years 9 months ago #1

Anyone with prior or current knowledge know where they may be set up at? Not currently on the exhibit hall map and I will be looking to maybe get the D&D player's handbook.

Thanks!

Eric

Hmm, most curious! I wonder if WotC is getting their very own hall this year. With the debut of 5th Edition, I suspect it might be worth their while.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .

I know local stores are getting it around the 9th. I am getting a preorder from them because I am not confident WotC will have it for sale at GC (stupid if they don't).

I might pick it up to read it - haven't played in many moons, though.

I'm doing the full D&D event this year. I should get copies of it. Feel free to buzz me Friday morning or Sunday evening on the forums if you haven't gotten a chance to see it. I'm in a few TD runs all weekend and I'd be happy to let you check it out

5E PHB has been confirmed to be on sale at GenCon, and officially released the week after.

WotC hasn't been in the Exhibitor Hall the last couple of years.

It looks like the RPGA events are being held in Hall D (and possibly E). They may have things for sale there.

They were in the Exhibitor Hall in 2012, with a big Lolth Statue. Just DnD and books, no MTG presence (in exhibitor hall). I believe they also had stuff going on across the hall. I don't know about 2013.

Looking Through Events I see Hall D and F listed, as well as "WotC : HQ" and "Georgia Street : Stage"
