I'm thinking having to lift all those heavy boxes of tokens probably isn't too swell either.  I can't imagine having to deal with that.<br /><br />Kim<br />

Jeff, <br />      Those priority mail, no weight limit boxes you are using are very economical for heavy items like tokens.  If you had sent my (43 lbs) box via UPS it would have been $18.00 and I am just 3-4 hours drive away.  I bet shipping that box to the west coast would have cost a 3 times that.  <br /><br />I am testing new FEDEX/Post Office hybrid shipping method right now.  The cost is impressively cheaper than UPS for light boxes (under 3 lbs).  Some boxes save $6.00.  Now I just have to figure out if the boxes get there acceptably fast.  If I could save $3.00 times 20,000 boxes next year, just think of all the extra tokens I could buy. 

I hope you come back for the reliability of service that UPS has to offer.  But I do understand the price point that has to be examined.
