Does anybody know the weight of an individual token? Grams or ounces?

If you don't get an answer before Monday, I will bring a token into work (I have a few sitting around in my car) and I will toss one on a scale to get you a weight (I am curious now too)

I have a Dwarven Steel token that is apparently missing it's metal core. It's lighter than all my other tokens.

If anyone wants to trade for it, PM me.

Thanks Templar. Please weigh it and let me know what you find.

I checked a 2011 token (Potion Nymph's Tears) using a U. S. Postal Service scale. It came out to 0.4 ounces.

Awesome. Thanks. I've just been guessing for shipping but that helps a lot.

According to Jeff, an individual token is speced to weigh 11.5 grams. (about .4056 ounce)

But that's a liquid, so it's probably a little heavier than normal.

I just wish Druegar could be a little more accurate with his weights. Only to the 4th decimal. Shameful....just shameful. :)

I was told there would be no math....

Re: Token Weights 14 years 2 months ago #11

... I came up with 11.534 grams and an 11.529 grams on a lab scale with the two tokens I grabbed and weighed.

Now let's do math! If you want, we can weigh thousands of tokens and determine a confidence interval!
