Note: Merlin's Well is going to Gen Con 2022, and not taking new submissions at this time.


I'm giving away free token kits to for new players who are 1st - 4th level, to get your token collection started.

The offerings here are humble, and not supposed to be useful to people who have already started collecting single rares.

As a rule of thumb, if you have already have a rare weapon, armor, and at least 3 other rares for your build, Merlin probably can't upgrade your gear.

You must be a forum user, and you must be level 1-4 to qualify. One free kit per forum user.

To get your tokens, sign up at the Google form at:

I'll ship them to you within the US. If you'd like one and are outside the US, I'll ship them to you for my actual postage minus $3.

If you have a group of players, each player should fill in the forum once, but please put in a common Guild name so I can ship everything to one quartermaster for your guild to save on shipping.

Finally, while these tokens are yours free and clear - I think it would be awesome if you paid it forward and gave them to another player if you outgrow them.

We tried our first true dungeon just recently and had a lot of fun
If you would be so kind my wife and I could use a ranger, barbarian and a monk build. I bought a blister pack but not enough to kit one out of any yet it seems
