TOPIC: Thanks to Kirk and TD Tavern for many years of wonderful True Dungeon support

Kirk, thanks so much for running TD Tavern for all of these years, and for your wonderful support to True Dungeon and so many players! I've enjoyed frequenting your store, and look forward to seeing you at many future conventions.

Thank you, Mike! It's been great doing business with you over the years, both as a buyer and a seller! I'll be around and once I finish my current large project I'll be starting something new and exciting (exactly what, I'm just not sure yet!).

Kirk, it's really the end of an era! We started with a number of large forum stores, then you spearheaded the move to several internet stores. Now I think Trent might be the only internet store left, along with some forum store activity (including mine). It is no wonder that you're ready to move on after 11 years of running such a wonderful and high volume store.

Kirk thank you for your great contribution to the game, and for all of your help with my personal collection. I echo Mike’s sentiments. I wish you the best of luck with your “next big thing” and look forward to seeing you on the VTD screen and GenCon.

Thank you for the 11 years of servicing the needs of TD Adventurers. I watched the session with Trent and am quite impressed with all of your accomplishments. Building an airplane is a tedious task. All of my friends that are pilots love the beauty of flying. You can do neat things like watching the lunar eclipse at 10,000 feet.

Skydiving 1600 times is amazing. Scuba diving and giving back for the coral reef is admirable. You are an amazing individual. I am proud to know you and appreciate all of the help you have given me over the years. Glad to hear that you will continue to play TD and look forward to seeing you at conventions. Good luck on your next big project. I am sure it will be a success with your attention to detail and your track record.

I am more than sad by sad by loosing TD Tavern. You have been here since I started. I sold most my collection to you once when my daughter was really sick. I bought much of it back from you years later. Traded, laughed, learned, enjoyed fun times. I remember I was so scared to send in transmute items or mulch loot that I’d send it all to you to do because I trusted you most with my most valuable tokens. You have been a pillar in our community, in my life, and the lives of so many here. I know Trent will be taking over and he is a good guy who loves our community just as much. He is the top collector, and does so much for our community as well. I have no doubt Trent will treat your legacy for years to come. I am still sad though. I feel so many pulling away from the game and much of me doesn’t want things to change. To stay how they were. Silly I know. Life moves on…. Whether we want to or not. You are a busy man, and you take on so much and I have no doubt there is much you have put off of your own desires or that of your family, to continue TD Tavern and for us. I am forever grateful to you. I can not express how much.. Thank you for all you have done and sacrificed for all of us. I pray and wish nothing but the best for you and your family. I hope you continue to share your life with us so we can all know where Kirk is and what crazy, amazing, and spectacular things you are accomplishing. I want nothing but the best for you and your family. Thank you Kirk, with all of my heart I pray you get to do all those things you have put off or given up because of us and more!!! You will never be forgotten. I still have my very first token I bought from you, my very first Legendary, my dragon orb we worked together for over 8 years to make. They will all stay with me no matter what I do. Have fun and please don’t be a stranger. I hope you will still allow me to text or call you from time to time to catch up and stay friends. Trent, thank you for helping Kirk in his move, and for taking on TD Tavern as your own. You have so much already. 55k more tokens is no small task but I have faith that you will honor the legacy of TD Tavern and Kirk. I am glad to have you here in our community and for the love and passion you have for True Dungeons. You help so many get there tokens each year… 35 8K 2025 Auctions successfully done, not to mention the ones you and your team does each year. It is because of you and others like you that have made accessing tokens that were so much harder to get are possible. I ran my first 8k Auction in the last month. It was a lot of work!!! Granted you have a beautiful coded website, but the unboxing and reboxing is no small task.. anyway, I’m getting off topic as my mind wanders. Thank you Trent for everything you do and for helping Kirk move closer to his next adventures.
