TOPIC: Champion Set for Volunteers Suggestion

We're up to 7 champion UR volunteer tokens so far as of this year (plus 1 safehold token). Because rewarding volunteers is so important both for them to use the tokens but also for resale, there would be value in creating a champion set bonus. Here's my idea for the set bonuses:

3 Champion Tokens = +1 Level
5 Champion Tokens = "Twist the knife" ability 1/combat - per the prestige class
7 Champion Tokens = Full heal (self only) 1/game
10 Champion Tokens = Additional cool ability to be named later (when we hit 10 champion tokens.) (Maybe all champion tokens become slotless.)

First off I completely support some kind of champion set bonus. The +1 level seems like some low hanging fruit that will not power creep the game and incentivize them keeping there tokens and volunteering.

I kind of want any extra effects be something balanced like save or armor class bonus of some kind, a good ability but not something to build around.
Also I am not a fan of moving things slotless since it was never announced and people have sold off and traded tokens, not to mention the power creep.
