Thanks Binia, I already printed the form but it says to email Dave to get the Shipping Address. <br /><br />There seems to be a discrepancy in the dates to turn them in by. The form says "July 19th" but Dave's posting said "July 1st". Which is correct? <br />If it is by the 1st, I need his address so that I can Next Day them.<br /><br />
