This is not an official UTC auction, but one I'm running for one of my non-forum store members who is a newer player and needed some help!

They have sent me the token and I will handle the bids, shipping, and transferring of funds so all are protected! Let's help them out since they can't take part!

Hi All!

One of my customers reached out to me to see if I could help them regarding a Platinum backed Golden Ticket they recently got from a direct purchase from TA (their phrasing "As I'm new (ish), I about crapped my pants when I saw it lol."). Unfortunately they are not going to be able to make GHC and wanted to see if I could help them out, hence the current Auction!

All of the money from this auction will go to the member and I'm just happy to help be their conduit to the larger TD community (I'll try and get him some swag from GT regardless)!

With this in mind: Let the Auction begin!

Auction will end at 9 PM PT on July 11th and standard auction rules apply:

• Bids will be treated as max bids and you will only pay up to the 2nd highest bid.
• Tie goes to the early bid.
• PRIVACY MATTERS: All bidders will receive a moniker and no bidding information outside of current bid and winning bids (and associated monikers) will be released.

QUICK UPDATE: The player has been blown away by the response and is going to put up 10% of the final bid to Extra Life, a part of the Children's Miracle Network.

You might want to rename this slightly to Platinum GT GHC auction from new player w 10% benefitting extra life. (Or something like thay - it is a terribly long name.) Until I clicked on it, I thought it was only being auctioned to new players.
