TOPIC: RESTARTED CHARITY AUCTION SH3 UC and the GP to upgrade it! And MUCH MORE!

I've been meaning to do this for AWHILE now, and just haven't gotten around to it. I received a little extra love recently, and I am hopeful I can share it with others.

I'm hoping now is a good time to start a charity auction for a safehold III UC and the GP to upgrade it to the real deal.

I was originally planning on having the winner donate to the charity of their choice and simply show me some sort of proof of donation.

With recent events in my life, I would like this donation to go to a charity focused specifically on cancer research. Suggestions could include

Pancreatic Cancer Action Network
Lustgarten Foundation
American Cancer Society: Pancreatic Cancer

I'm sure there are many others as well.

I would also be happy if it were something like the american cancer society, or any other individual cancer related charity of your choice.

I will close the auction on the day after Mother's Day, which is 5/12/25, and it will close at 9 pm Eastern.

There will be no reserve, so this auction will see the winner receive

A safehold III Under Construction
10K GP in reserve bars to allow for completion of said construction.

We have now received another donation of a 2nd 25K bar and a Mark of theb2nd Tenet!

Which begs the question, would there items raise more as a lot, or split apart?

My intuition tells me it would be better split, as it would allow more to participate.

Would prior bidders be ok if I restarted this as split lots?

I've contacted as many as I can, and had others reach out to suggest it, so I am now restarting the auction with 4 separate lots.

Splitting sounds like a good idea to me. Probably more total $$$'s donated.

I wish you the best of luck in this auction. I have a couple of family members who had cancer, so this one hits home.

I think you’ll raise more if you split the items (but would still package the Safehold and 10K reserve bar… and any Stewards if some great benefactor throws some in to sweeten the pot).
