Wondering the same thing. On the upcoming events page, it states Patron access starts today.

When I logged in, there's a red banner text at the top that says ticket sales are pushed back to July 31. However it looks like I can still add tickets to my cart. On a related note, July 31 might not work so great for some of us prepping/leaving/budgeting for Gen Con.

Lori sent out an email in which she mentioned her dad's procedure was scheduled. Hopefully that means he's ok.
