TOPIC: Can't enter old XP

I have these 2 XP cards from 2021 virtual and Weird Magic 2022, I'm also missing one from Tomb of Terror 2023 but of the two I do have I can't input them in for XP. It just comes up with "The code submitted was not found in our system or was improperly formatted. Please enter your code again for access." no matter how many times I try.

When that happened to me. The code I was putting in was actually being typed wrong. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong, but then I realized that the letter L in lowercase looked like a one, but it was actually an L.

I also want to add that everything is case sensitive in those codes.

Thanks I got it figured out, still missing the 2023 one though and can prove I did it, if I cant find I guess I'll email them.
