TOPIC: April 12 Patron Run - Unofficial Organizing

If the information in Upcoming Events is still accurate, we should soon see the schedule for the April 12 patron runs. Sign-up is scheduled for this Saturday, February 1.

Since we don't have the timeslots yet, I've created a spreadsheet with Runs labeled #1 thru #8, although its very likely there will be fewer than 8 runs. In order to make Saturday's sign-up more orderly, the spreadsheet allows people to list their run and class preference in advance. I know in September things went extremely well and it appeared as if everyone got the run they signed up for. Otherwise, instructions are the same as last year.

Once the timeslots are available in TD.Events people can replace "Run #X" with the timeslot they prefer.

Instructions:
If you are a patron, please indicate your preferred run in the appropriate box below.
List your name (or forum name) and a preferred class (if you have one)
The goal of this spreadsheet is try to add a little order to the chaos that will ensue on February 1st when tickets become available.
Note: Signing up here does NOT guarantee you a spot (nor your preferred class). It just communicates to the community your intent with the hope they will stay clear of your selection.
Note: Its very likely not all patrons will see this spreadsheet, which will lead to unavoidable conflicts. A backup plan is recommended.

Looks like the schedule is officially up with a link on the td.events home page. Appreciate the 30 patrons who thus far have used the sign-up sheet. Hopefully, this will make Saturday just a touch less stressful.

With those times (gap between the first five and last three) folks can do two patron runs if they have two codes.

One final bump in case there are still any patrons out there willing to help organize tomorrow's sales. We're up to 32 at the moment.

Hope everyone got what they wanted. Looks like our group all got into the same run, so much appreciation to everyone who participated in organizing.
