TOPIC: Can not enter XP

I'm receiving the following error when trying to enter unused XP code regardless of year of event, ion cell phone, desktop, laptop, or Ipad:

The code submitted was not found in our system or was improperly formatted. Please enter your code again for access.

This happens regardless of which account we're trying to update.

We have VTD xp from VTD 24 until present to enter

Nine times out of 10 people are probably putting in the wrong code. I do believe it’s case sensitive. Also, could you be confusing a zero for an O?
