TOPIC: Is it possible to standardize the Event listings on the XP List?

I was wondering if it would be possible to be a bit more standard on how events are listed on our XP charts, to make it easier to figure out when and where we ran them.

It would be nice for each of them to include info on the year, location, event name, and difficulty level.

The last one I have that had all of that info was in 2020, which is listed as:
2020 Gen Con Nymph & Nimblewit - Hardcore
