Scarlet Moon Masquerade - 2026 VTD Patron Run scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 25
Tickets go on sale (per Upcoming Events) on Saturday, February 21 (noon central)
Patrons should see the code for this event already added to their TD.Events account under convention groups.

So, let's try this again. While I don't think this approach had 100% success for Ring Con, it seemed to work very well for the last two years' patron runs. The goal is to hopefully provide a more organized approach to signing up for the runs, help groups form in advance. And, hopefully, reduce some of the stress that goes into signing up for these things.

Below is a link to a spreadsheet. It will allow people and groups to declare which run they'd like to join and which class they'd like to play. I've got it started with our Team Token group. If patrons respect each other's choices, February 21 should go very smoothly. I'd still encourage people to sign in and sign up as close to noon on the 21st as possible. There are always some people who may not see this post and be unaware of the spreadsheet.

You just need to add your name and preferred class. This is NOT an official sign-up. You'll still need to buy your ticket on February 21, but the intent is help us preorganize. Again, this worked really well the past two years, so hoping that trend continues.

Can we add a column for preferred difficulty? I found that very helpful (at least in theory) for the Ring Con Sacred Circle sheet.
