I would say that you would probably be able to make it as long as you have preprinted sheets from the spreadsheet or are setup on one of the apps/websites, so that you only have to be there by about 9:55.

7:36 = start of coaching
8:00 = enter training room
8:12 = enter room 1
8:24 = enter room 2
8:36 = enter room 3
8:48 = enter room 4
9:00 = enter room 5
9:12 = enter room 6
9:24 = enter room 7
9:36 = enter epilogue (meantime coaching starts for this run)
10:00 = enter training room (latest point to join group)

You wouldn't have any time to waste, admittedly.
