TOPIC: Final Notes About 2020 Tokens

I would still like to know if the combined teeth Eldritch item will imbue psychic as well as grant all tiers. That has a direct impact on the utility of the Skull.

Just compelled to mention that the Arcane set allows a caster with a Crown of Expertise, a Carter's Tome, and a Ring of Spell Storing to cast up to 2nd level spells an additional four times before writing on their card.

I mean, I have no problem with this, but I suspect others might. As a Troubadour, I would be able to cast Enhance Bardsong six times in total, and there won't be that many combats. As 5th level Bard, I could cast Soothing Wind the same number of times.

For me, taking the pressure off of having to save the spell slots on the card for one spell in each level means I might actually feel comfortable to try some of the other spells.

For the Arcane set, what do you mean by "throws"?

Because "casts" would be the usual way of saying it, and "throws" could mean cast or it could mean a physical slide spell (usually uses "slides" for that), but "throws" seems a little ambiguous to me.

There have been sets before where not everyone could get the set bonus, like the Footman set (Barbarians' cant' wear the torso), Legendary Redoubt (only fighters and paladins can equip 3 legendary items).

I'm sure there are more.

But, like the Viper Set, not the same thing. In those cases, the player cannot even equip the items to get the set bonus. In this case, they can equip them but don't get anything.

Maybe I'm the only one who feels/thinks this. But it is a change, and I thought it needed to be brought.

Personally, I like it the way it is... That way when we finally let Fighters cast spells, they have some tokens to help them out. After all, we keep giving Wizards all the +STR items, why not let Fighters improve their spellcasting?

With jeff’s Wording, my interpretation is that a monk wearing dark disciple’s shirt gets three uses of psychic per game.

That's usage. I'm talking the tier. If I have the Monk Legendary and two teeth, can I use the Tier 7 power?

Can you equip 3 and astral project to the special event (no option on this just curious)?

Or 4+/completed tooth item to access strange new realms of enlightenment (aka new powers).

Will we be able to outfit individual teeth at the same time as outfitting the Eldritch Tooth? That would let you use the Skull for slotless bonus HP even with the Eldritch token.

I'm totally OK if we can't, but we should probably know before the token ordering window because it would affect purchase decisions.

This may be important or not, but 99.9% yes is NOT confirmation at all. Every one of us probably has some real life example of something with a 1 in a thousand chance of happening occurring to someone we know. Sometime when 10 sided die came up 0-0-0 (or 0-0-1 depending on your philosophical bent)

I personally see 1 in 1000 things happen weekly. I'd imagine I am not alone in this.

I would NOT add this to your "token proclamations from jeff" unless all context is also added

Well, I guess "99.9%" is confirmation of "pretty sure".

I hadn't thought of adding it to Token Proclamations, maybe I will with the context. And to be honest, when regarding future tokens, even 100% sure sometimes doesn't happen. A lot changes during token design.
