TOPIC: Returning event tickets

As it turns out, we have some Thursday event tickets we can't use due to an emergency.
I see the "Return Tickets" button on my GenCon Schedule page, but was reluctant to click it for fear it would return all the events, since there didn't seem to be a way to highlight individual ones.
If you have returned events before, let me know the process.
I don't want to accidentally return everything!

You can return tickets by clicking on My Schedule > Click the Return Tickets button > On the next page it will let you select the specific events to return > Click the confirm button. This will only let you return tickets on your schedule.

You can also return tickets by going to My Transactions > Click the Return Tickets button for specific transaction > Select who you want to return tickets for > Click the Confirm button. This option will let you return event tickets for anyone you’ve bought tickets for. Hope this helps!
