You can now make an online order in the Transmute Program for the Moe and Rosco to be turned in at GHC. You can now also transmute those two tokens normally through the mail. Additionally, you can also now send in for your Deathward Greaves, Mark of the Tenet and your Rune Giant Totem tokens -- or you can walk up an transmute these three tokens normally at GHC.

We must have you fill out a transmute form, however, for the Moe and Rosco.

I was so confused reading this then I figured out that Moe and Rosco weren't people and they were Mark of Enlightenment and Ring of the Sacred Circle

So just to confirm, if we're dropping off at GHC. You want MoE & RoSC in an online order with nothing else. And then the rest of our transmutes can use the TEP form .

I also want to check something regarding the GHC transmutes for the Ring of the Sacred Circle (and possibly for others the Mark of Enlightenment).

I have several friends that are unable to attend GHC this year - but are transmuting the Rings. They would like for me to do it at GHC (again mailing worries).

I just want to make sure that if they submit the forms on the site - and give them to me along with the Rings - that I will be able to transmute all of them.

I don't want to run into a situation where I would need to present a proper ID for them. Or if you are going to be checking ID's at GHC for the Rings - would a photocopy or cell phone picture of their ID work?

No worries. So long as your friends fill out the paperwork online for the RoSC's and the MoE's (Rosco and Moe), then you can turn in tokens for them. HOWEVER - BE SURE that you include print outs of their paperwork when you turn in their tokens. Otherwise, they may not get credit for turning the tokens in.

PLEASE be sure to write the name you want to be placed after "Crafted By:" on the token -- in the Text box to the right.

There is no text box on that page. Are you referring to the "Tell Us More Details About Your Order" text box which appears during checkout?

The text has been adjusted to point out the Comment box is another two screens into the process. Thanks for your help!

If I am transmuting three Rings of the Sacred Circle for my TD group, can I do all three myself and then have them use them for Ring Con or does each member of my group need to transmute a RotSC themselves to be able to use them at Ring Con? Sorry, still confused on how this is going to work.

Since each Ring will come with an unique code, you can make all three Rings. Later, you will be emailed 3 codes that you can do with as you see fit -- use, sell or give away. The codes will be used in the Ring Con page at td.events to buy 1 ticket per code per event. At that time, they must have an account at td.events so they can be registered for the events they are grabbing at Ring Con.
