Sweet!
38 RD is good, but I'd recommend sneaking in some of the R/UC charms to juice it a little more (I have extras to lend).
For slots, I have one spare Arcane Earcuff you can borrow, and while Charm of Echoed Taunts is
amazing when you're the only retribution build on a standard format run, it's surprisingly less important on a hedgehog run where all 10 of us are decked out in thorns.
If you happen to own a DK Shield, it's worth putting in the ranged offhand slot for extra set bonus.
I'm not certain but I think somebody else in the party may have an extra SH4+Underling Cleric, we should ask around during coaching time.
Due to even/odd stats Charm of the Elk is giving you HP but not currently lowering your AC; I'd replace with Charm of the Sea Hag (I have extras).
For second earcuff I'd suggest Ramparts for melee DR (I have extras), or alternatively Orbits for IS Sea Hag Olivine Orb + IS Sea Lion Calcite Sphere to lower AC.
For finger I'd suggest Ring of the 2nd Circle for melee DR, or else a +save ring to be determined during coaching (I always do a pick-up run before the hedgehog run to get a sense of which saves we're likely to care about most, it varies widely by adventure).
For bead, probably +saves again. BTW I wouldn't bother burning an Eldritch Runestone on this run.
For head, anything that boosts a useful stat and doesn't raise AC; decent choices at rare level include Crown of Iron Will and Triton Hat, or a +1 Con/Str if those end up otherwise odd. (Of course DK Helm is also tempting if you happen to own one, but then you'd also want to find another -2ac somewhere else, which is getting tight)
Thanks again for joining the run, it's exciting to have a new recruit!
Edit: oh, and we have CoA to lend also, don't forget to slot that in there!
