TOPIC: Ticket Update

Initially we had a "one ticket PER TICKETED EVENT per attendee" policy to make sure that we could accommodate as many people as possible. The ticket sales for Ring Con at td.events are suspended until 3/18 at Noon Central. At that time, people with a second, unredeemed RoSC code can use that code to purchase a second ticket for Fang & Fury and The Sacred Circle.

If this applies to you (ie, you have unredeemed RoSC codes) please read below! I strongly urge you to enter the code and verify that your account shows 2 codes BEFORE tickets reopen on 3/18 at Noon Central.

On March 15 we suspended ticket sales at td.events to allow the page to update. Ticket sales will resume on March 18 at noon Central Time.

The limit of ONE ticket PER ticketed event has been lifted.

If you have unredeemed "Ring of the Sacred Circle Codes," you can now enter that unused code into your account at td.events. By redeeming 2 codes, you can purchase 2 tickets per ticketed event when ticket sales resume on March 18. The system will alert you if you have a conflicting event, but remember that Golden Ticket runs at Ring Con are set up in a different "convention," so keep those runs in mind if you are purchasing a second ticket! The system will NOT consider a GT run for schedule conflicts because they are set up as different "conventions."

If you do NOT have unredeemed RoSC codes, this does not apply to you!

However, if you DO have unredeemed RoSC codes, please read on!!

Log into your account at td.events and choose "Redeem Access Code." Enter the unredeemed code.

Once you do that, please verify the access code was registered by following these steps:
Click on your name in the top right corner of your td.events account.
Locate the "Jump To" menu and choose "Convention Groups."
Verify that for Ring Con you show 2 for Ring of the Sacred Circle (as seen below).



At this point, you are set for the March 18 ticket re-opening. If you are coordinating with others, ensure each person has redeemed their second code and that you know which run you are trying to purchase a second ticket for. Ticket sales reopen on March 18 at NOON Central.

The only events that allow a second ticket purchase are Fang & Fury and The Sacred Circle.

Again, PLEASE redeem your RoSC code in your td.events account NOW so that you are ready when ticket sales reopen on March 18 at Noon Central. I will monitor this forum post for questions!

Just clarifying, people who have used their code, can't buy more tickets.

This lets people who have two rings (and associated codes) to buy a total of four tickets, instead of just two (regardless of how many codes you may have).

If you made one RoSC you would've received one RoSC code, which made it possible for you to purchase one ticket for EVERY ticketed event at Ring Con. This update lets people who made two RoSC (and only redeemed ONE RoSC code) to enter their unredeemed RoSC code in order to claim an additional ticket to Fang & Fury and The Sacred Circle.

Some people made two RoSC and used both codes (perhaps they used one and gave one code to a friend). This change applies only to people who made multiple Rings and did not redeem all of the codes associated with the Rings they transmuted.

I was curious, the Deadline to transmute a Ring of the Sacred Circle or a Mark of Enlightenment is March 15th, 2026. The deadline for buying a ticket is 1 May 2026. If someone transmutes a RotSC between 15 March and 1 May, do they get the Ring but no longer get the code for Ring Con?

Also, if there is anyone out there with two MoE, are they now able to sign up for two runs on The Sacred Path? There might not be anyone with two MoE, so it might be a meaningless question.

The deadline of March 15 is to ATTEND Ring Con - so anything that comes in now has to be reviewed. Was it post-marked before 3/15 and just took forever to get here? Has this person already received a code and is attending Ring Con, so they're just getting a second code for an additional ticket? Is it just someone wanting their RoSC and transmuting late as they had no intention of attending Ring Con?

So - the short answer is - it depends on the situation.

Your second question doesn't really apply to anyone, as all MoE codes have been redeemed (doesn't mean they've claimed a ticket - just redeemed in td.events) except 2, and those 2 aren't "doubles".

Also - currently we only have Fang & Fury and The Sacred Circle set up to accept multiple codes/purchases. The Sacred Path is NOT set up for that right now since we still have people who have redeemed their code but not purchased a ticket.

My reply isn't much help, as the answer to your first question depends on other factors that change for each transmute - and the second question is - as you said - meaningless!

One question that has come up in a few emails is "Will people who only have ONE RoSC code have the opportunity to purchase additional event tickets" so I'd like to address that here!

Possibly! This depends on what the response is for people who have unredeemed codes. Those people COULD purchase all remaining tickets - in which case there's nothing for "single code holders" to buy. However, if there are tickets remaining - we will make an announcement to open up tickets for multiple ticket purchases, regardless of number of codes.

SO - if you have unredeemed RoSC codes and want to buy additional tickets for The Sacred Circle and/or Fang & Fury, please get those done asap! We will likely look at a mid-April date to open tickets up. That gives people who hold multiple codes roughly a month to get additional tickets.

I know it can be a bit of a scheduling hassle, but use the filters in td.events to narrow down to a day, event, and number of tickets available for your group to find what will work with your scheduled runs.
