TOPIC: Registration - Thursday

First of all - registration is available on Friday and Saturday during regular event hours. This info applies ONLY to Thursday!

We will be opening up the venue Lobby for registration (pick up your badge and swag) on Thursday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. You MUST show a government issued photo ID (unless you're under 16).

We will have FOUR registration lines. To simplify the process, it will be very helpful for you to know WHICH line you need to get into! I am sending out an email that will tell you the name that we will reference.

If you are arriving with players who are under age 16, once you get your badge and swag, please step to the side to speak to either Caitlin or myself and we will pull those badges and swag for you! If you can get our attention while in line, we will try and get it pulled by the time you get to your turn.

Please help pass the word to anyone who is attending!

What happens for folks who had to cancel? Will you mail their swag, or can I arrange to pick it up for them?

Everything I've seen Jeff say is that you must be present in order to participate. I've seen some tickets refunded and I assumed that meant the people were no longer attending. I'll double check with him to verify, but my understanding has been that you have to be present in order to participate. If someone doesn't pick up their MoE token, I will contact those people after Ring Con to arrange delivery of the token.
