We made the following tweaks:

Tweaked the wording on both the Unity Charms
Added "Arcane" to the Relic name

Should we really be labeling the masks “New Slot” since the following year it isn’t a new slot?

That's probably an oversight. They're all supposed to say face slot now.

There is an opportunity for a little dark humor with the healing potion. "Refined Cultist Draught" have the liquid be light red and if you look really closely, you can see an eyeball in the liquid

Flavor suggestion: Charm of Kthala could be an Elder Sign or Charm of the Elders. It is a symbol used to ward off the old ones in Cthulhu mythos.

The combo of Gloves of the Spirit Pet and Spirit Pet Owl seems excessively powerful. That's potentially almost 400 points of bonus damage for the group in every combat room. Although, it does replace the normal attack, so that mitigates it somewhat.

+1 to using the Elder Sign visually in BasicBraining's idea, a very cool Lovecraftian reference.

Cool idea, but Chaosium has copyrighted the five-pointed Elder Sign
