several of us tried to get together last year and do raids, look forward to trying that again.

do we know specifically what generates presents?
I know they come from gyms spins but you don't always get them.

They're random, from a pokestop. Not sure if gym spins can spawn them--I haven't heard one way or the other.

You can only have 5 unsent gifts in your backpack--kind of like how you can't get any more eggs if you have nine already. I don't know if there is a limit on the number of unopened gifts that friends have sent you.
