TOPIC: Just surprised a friend with their first True Dungeon ticket

A good friend of mine, Alex, has listened to me talk about True Dungeon for the past couple of years but never signed up because he weren't sure it would be their kind of thing. His birthday was this week, so I bought him a ticket to run with my group at the next event. I didn't tell him what it was ahead of time, just that he should wear comfortable shoes and be ready to solve puzzles and laugh a lot. He finally opened the gift yesterday and immediately started asking about classes, tokens, and what he should expect. It reminded me how exciting the game felt before my first run. Has anyone else introduced a friend or family member to True Dungeon? I'm curious what helped make their first experience enjoyable without overwhelming them.
