TOPIC: HAPPY CANADA DAY! ...And a quick Teaser ; )

HAPPY CANADA DAY to all my Canadian TD friends!

(And to my US and worldwide friends who want another excuse to celebrate!)

I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer, and/or making plans for a fantastic Summer Vacation... whether at GenCon, or somewhere more outdoorsy. The world we live in is changing, but it's still a beautiful world and we should enjoy every moment we can, with friends & family, and fun & games!

Without True Dungeon, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet so many cool folks, including my friend Kim.

Kim (Kithren on the forums) is a familiar face at the Epilogue desks at GenCon and, more recently, in Grind. She does a lot of Volunteer work with ACS-CAN ... the Cancer Advocacy Network for the American Cancer Society. Last Summer, she held an Auction to raise money for the fight against cancer, putting many of her own tokens up on the auction block, as well as some fabulous tokens donated by our excellent community.

This year, the auction is returning!

I can't tell you the full list yet, but there will be...

* Some recent relics
* An Arcanum Shirt
* Legendary Gregor's Gladiator Gloves
* A few Oil of Enchantment
* A Wooden Mystery Box which fell off the back of a wagon at the Thieves' Guild
* And - believe it or not - a *** SAFEHOLD 1 ***

The auction will run from July 5th to 19th (probably) and will end in time for folks to get their tokens mailed before GenCon, or hand delivered by Kim at the Con.

I hope folks are ready to have some extra Summer fun, and spend a few of your vacation dollars supporting an excellent cause!

Not sure about all the items, but definitely a sapphire ring that once belonged to a goblin as they sought enlightenment at the Shrine of St Lorka.
