Checkout Issue with Option #2 on an 8K Order 13 years 6 months ago #1

I may be missing something, but I can't find a way to select Option #2 for an $8,000 order. It immediately prompts the selection of 32 URs. Is this something that gets handled in the Comments textbox or is it a glitch? Thanks.

Please just select 16 URs and then put a comment in the comment box.
