TOPIC: Update- no spoilers

Normally on Thursdays we post updates about where we are in various projects on the admin side of the board. I thought I should start posting updates here. I will try to keep them spoiler free but accidents happen. :oops: Be warned.

At this point the Milwaukee build crew has acquired 99.9% of our supplies. We have purchased truckloads of construction materials. Home Depot, American Science and Surplus, Menards, American Council for the Blind Thrift store, Joann Fabric and Michael's Crafts have become second homes to us. The UPS driver both at my home and at work now know me by name thanks to the less widely available items we are using.

We are working in the construction shop Wednesday night, Thursday night and Saturdays. Other nights are used for building props in the electronics and craft workshops. I'm using skills I never thought I had. :shock: It may sound like a lot of work but it is a lot of fun as well. I can't speak for all the builders but I'm having a great time doing this. Hope you all have as much fun playing it.

I don't think we've been introduced, but I'm Steve. I'm working down here at True Adventures central (I'm trying to concentrate on True Heroes, but I keep getting distracted by TD).

Anyway, a friend of mine has contributed a candle holder/glass bottle thing to TD. I know we can't actually light candles, but it looks quite cool, and I thought it may be a nice prop on the counter of the Welcome Wench. I will try to get a picture of it and send it up.

Great pictures Jeff. I know what are in the rooms and I can't tell what the first picture is. No fair though, you guys get sunlight to work in, we get a basement.

On the plus side, working in a basement means that we don't need to wear Protection from Petrification lenses.

Although we do have to wear Protection from Missile lenses...
