TOPIC: Event Feedback

Hello everyone,

For starters, let me thank all of the players and volunteers for helping make this great event happen every year. We all have great fun running it, and it sounds like the vast majority of people have great fun playing it.

We are always looking for ways to improve the event and we are not above going with player suggestions vs our own ideas. We realized the first year when we killed everyone off doing it 'Jefcon style' that the event is all about the players. As a result we toned down the lethality (is that a word?) and have continued to tweak the event each time we run it.

If you have thought, suggestions, problems, complaints etc the best way to address those is to email one of the people incharge instead posting to the forum. This ensures that your messages gets to the right people and doesn't get lost in the sea of forum posts. (I know I sometimes loose what the original thread was by the time I get to the end of a two or three page posts lol) If you have tavern thoughts send those to either Jenn, Lance or Jeff (ideally all three so they are all in the loop). If you have thought related to any other aspect of the event email me or Jeff (again, ideally both). Thanks again for your great support!

i thought everyone did a super job and thx to all involved. everyone made me and my group of friends feel welcome. even the newbie questions were given thoughtful and well meaning answers without making us feel silly for asking. the characters in the tavern/town were played well and effects were nice as well. just wanted to thank the staff and volunteers again. good job and looking forward to next year and more vip passes.

Considering the limted amount of time, space, resources, and labor, you guys do amazing work. True Dungeon is one of the highlights of GenCon. Kudos to the staff and volunteers!
