TOPIC: Another 4C in 2011?

<br /><br />Jeff,<br /><br />No problem, Jeff.  Out of curiosity, when / where did you announce that the Lore Tokens would have no value?  I looked at the Condensed Pack Thread, and the Condensed Pack Lore Token thread, and the original 2010 Token Thread, and I didn't see an announcement that they would have no value.  I'm sure I could have missed it, so I was just wondering where on the forums that announcement was.  <br /><br />Thanks,<br />Mike

Rather than throw them away, would they be of any value to be turned in when we ship other trade ins to Dave, or to bring in person to just dump.  I see no reason to keep tokens in the house that have no value and if they can be recycled.....

One could say that the lore tokens have a value beyond gold.  They are symbolic of the value of camaraderie and teamwork in True Dungeon.  To me that makes them priceless.<br /><br />Kim

<br /><br />One set of them, maybe. (I would keep one set anyway), but does a person need 10 copies of token 37 or 24 or whichever.  It's the extras I was trying to determine if it would be useful to turn in to Dave.

That is what I am working with Jeff on.  Not as a trade in for other tokens, but maybe access to a different set of data.  While I do understand that much of the data winds up in the public domain any way, so why should anyone send them in?  I can 't help feeling we can come up with something.<br /><br />Any ideas, besides trading them for gold, let me know via PM.<br /><br />Dave
