TOPIC: It is time: +3 Weapons

I still pity the poor monks that don't get any +'s on their UR weapons.

I'm not quite sure where I stand on this topic. Yes, I think it would be great if you started seeing some stronger weapons show up in the hands of the player base but I think they need to be more than just a simple recipe to acquire. It took a bit of luck and an artifact level item for the one +3 weapon TD has to come into existence.

Wasn't the Rod of Seven Parts going to be a +3? Ooops, sorry, unfounded rummor.
