TOPIC: What should i PYP?

OK, so here is the list of what I am wanting:
+2 keen slayer longbow (relic, transmute from +2 keen longbow)
+3 viper strike fang (relic, transmute from +2 viper strike fang)
boots of the east wind x2
charm of broaching
cloak of the shadowskin
ektdar's tinkering tool
lenses of divine sight
shield of the scholar
stu's pendant
viper strike belt
viper strike shirt

...and I have 8 PYPs to make. so now comes the part of deciding what to get and what to count on trading for later. this is a very solid set, without any clear first-picks, so I was wondering what others thought would be the best choices.

currently, I am not planning to PYP the boots of the east wind; I don't need them for equipping, they are just to transmute in a few years. so, worst case I have PYP them next year.

I was also thinking of skipping the tinkering tools; my rogue doesn't NEED them, but they would be very nice. also, being a single-class item, I would expect them to be more available for trade in the spring.

this leaves one more I need to not PYP. I am tempted to wait on one of the weapons and plan to trade/buy directly into the relic...but those are must-haves, so I start questioning whether new relics will be as readily available as many have been in the past.

thoughts?

As the rogue, I was hesitant about Tinkering Tool the first time around- Hey, I thought, I'm already pretty good at the trap boxes, is it really worth a PYP?

I play ranger, also equip druid (wife and my backup class when she isn't playing) and rogue (best friend).
