TOPIC: Saving roll stacking on rerolls

I assume that the +1 cloak and +2 cloak bonus work on both roll and rerolls.  (Just thinking about the value of the Periapt)<br /><br />

The Token Guide is a bit slim in the Cloak power descriptions...but as it looks to me - the cloaks appear to give the bonus to every type of save - and every save roll. (better than the PaP as far as in game play value...)<br /><br />I would think that if this periapt is a re-try to save only and not total immunity to poison then it should work like a permanent anti-tox and not the cloaks.<br /><br />I would estimate the value of the PaP as pretty high - but it is BLING and potential build-up value talking not in-game use value...as a permanent one time anti-tox taking up an amulet slot is not the bomb in my book.
