[Thread derailment ahead...]<br /><br />This is so weird -- this whole token thing.  Don't get me wrong...it is very cool.  It is just so weird that all of this happened like it did.  I am so glad that I was not the only gamer out there that thought the idea was kind of fun.  It is all the more strange when you realize that the first time we sold them (at So Cal 2003) we only sold about 100 bags.  I was thinking about killing the idea for 2004...but I was too stubborn not to try it at Indy 2004.<br /><br />Now we have Combo items, Artisan items and Ultra Rares.<br /><br />Thank all of you for embracing this "crazy" idea -- and for your passion to help improve the concept to a place I could not take it with my meager skills.  This whole token thing is a very cool group project that I am proud (and slightly bewildered) to be a member.  <br /><br />

What's next?  Edible chocolate treasure tokens?  I'd buy a handful for a dollar.

I'm pretty sure there are already things being tossed about for the NEXT big event in token land...<br /><br />We just have to be patient and allow for the right pre-planning and stuff.<br /><br /><br /><br />
