I've always wanted a RPG. I'm not sure what I'd ever use it for exactly, but I'm certain it'd come in handy at some point in my life.

Well the good news is thanks to Conspiracy of One we will have our desperately needed Golden Ticket. You rock man.<br /><br />We still desperately need Elixir's of Life. We will only have one shot at TD and we don't plan on leaving a man behind. So you guys have us over a barrel - name your price - if we can't match it we will get as close to it as we can. I know they are as coveted as water in the desert, but someone has to have at least 2 and can be bribed to part with one. <br /><br />I am reminded of the classic "Clavin and Hobbs" cartoon where Clavin asks his mother for a flamethrower.   She turn him down and he replys "But, I wouldn't use it in the house".    <br /><br />I can just imagine Clavin and Henwy with their toys.<br /><br />

Now that I'm sure most trading is done (and because I only just saw this thread) let me remind people that this year they have implemented the "Ghost" rule. So if a person dies, they have the option to tag along to see the rest - though no interaction will be strictly enforced.<br /><br />Please return to your regular trading.

Thank you for the responce from both people - working out potential deal for elixirs of life and healing.<br /><br />The Ghost rule sounds nice, but we can not leave a man behind even if he comes with us in spirit. It's just one of those things with us. Its a great idea though, so people don't loose out on the experience even if they die.

I hope whatever group of people I end up with is like that ("we don't leave a man behind"), but I doubt that a bunch of strangers will go that extra mile for one another.  What I was thinking of doing is having an elixer of life where I can readily give it to another player or where that player can find it on my person.  <br /><br />I am not sure I've asked this before but I thought I saw someone say this is okay.<br />If a person dies, can that person give an elixer of life token to someone in the party to use to bring their character back to life?  I would certainly hope so!<br /><br />

Yes, as long as there is someone alive to administer the elixir and assuming the body of the fallen is reachable.

A dead person can choose to give any tokens (from none to all) to fellow party members, upon death.  Giving someone an Elixir would be a subset of that.  Are they required to use it on you?  Nope.  But in any decent party they will.  <br />
