My brain is failing me.  Was there a Survivor pin for 2003?  Or was 2004 the first year for Survivor pins?<br />

I don't remember having them in 2003.

There weren't any in 2003. Unless they were the very special invisible kind.<br /><br />I believe they came out in 2004 in response to people who said there should be a special reward (XP or otherwise) for people who survived the dungeon, instead of just making it to the last room (since the XP reward for dying in the last room is the same as surviving the dungeon). They made True Hero survivor pins that same year too (which was the first year TH ran, I believe). Those were square.<br /><br />Last year the pins were oval (at least for True Dungeon). I don't know if there was a new oval pin for surviving True Heros in 2005, because the pin I got was the exact same as the square one from the previous year.
