TOPIC: How Many New Ingredients Are There?

With run over and the tokens sorted out, I'm aware of 3 new common Ingredients culled from the Dungeon. Rumors were rampant in the Tavern about a mysterous 4th item... Did anyone pick up any other ingredients?<br /><br />- Dryder Silk<br />- Ghoul Tongue<br />- Stone Spider Fang

I didn't see it, and I had a buddy doing a lot of trading on a couple days, and he didn't mention it... wouldn't be surprised if there was one, but the only ones I've actually seen are the ones you listed.

<br /><br />On my VIP run, we got an ingredient called something like Dragonscales (it was Dragon related in some way).  One of the other guys got it as we distributed treasure though.  Maybe I should have picked that instead of the Full Platemail, but I didn't realize that it was scarce. 

As the (pseudo) head token guru on staff, I am a little embarrassed to admit I am not aware of the rumored 4th ingredient token.  When Jeff and I made up the ingredient tokens we wanted them to be monster trophy related, as there was no dragon, I would be surprised if there was a dragonscale ingredient available.  <br /><br />Having said that, Jeff sometimes pulls a fast one on me, so anything is possible, I can't deny at this time, but will confirm ASAP.  <br /><br />It may be possible that you are referring to the "dragonscale shield" which is a new largish shield available.  <br /><br />All ingredient tokens were printed in brown (common) ink and featured a hollow cauldron shape on the text side.  <br /><br />Dave

<br /><br />I'm sure it was a cauldron token - I was on the lookout for purples, the Dragonscale Shield being at the top of the list, so I'd have recognized that in an instant.  I'm guessing that, if there are only three tokens, that four and a half days of nonstop gaming and almost no sleep addled my brain enough that "Dryad Silk" was remembered as "Dragon-something".  We had four Cauldron tokens among the group, three ghoul tongue and one of another, which I guess was probably Dryad Silk.  Sorry for sending the thread down a dead-end alley 

No dead alley, someone asked me about a fourth token in the tavern, I replied honestly that I did not know of one, but stranger things have happened, like an old 2005 blank token dropping into the box with the new 2006 ones going to the printer, or so other posts "elven chain" would suggest. <br /><br />Anything is possible, and since I do not often get to help sort or manage the hoard for sale and use in the Dungeon (I only talk about it) sometimes Jeff forgets to tell me.  I will find out and verify just so there is closure.

um - wha - wait a second...<br /><br />Maybe I am more Jetlagged than I thought...<br /><br />I though we were talking about the Elven Chain that was found to be in the trade shop in the training room.<br /><br />As far as I am concerned there are only three ingredients...what I was talking about I guess was a tie-in cross post whatever you want to call it - about how David Apteryx was saying - are there any typos floating around.  The Elven Chain given out in the trade shop had these...not a big deal.<br /><br />G
