This merely moves the metric on what a bad seller is from the super obvious (0) refs up to a slightly not as obvious (5) if they just sell whatever local junk for way cheap before launching fake products.

Vigilance is key, security measures only protect against what's already been thought up.

i think way back in the day. you had to sell X$ and so may transactions before you could sell internationally. They money was held in escrow type thing until the buyer received the item
