I’m guessing Drake’s +5 staff of focus is the same

Actually no. That one is named after the singer

Since I am still kinda new to TD how do you get a Token named after you?

It is basically up to Jeff. (Granted, you could say the same about most TD decisions).

1. Often long-time support of the community, volunteering, or otherwise being someone Jeff thinks is awesome and wants to thank.

2. Someone close to Jeff who has passed.

3. Be one of Jeff's kids . (To be fair, I know Drake and Avery have helped out on TD things as well, so they could just happen to be part of the first group)

Thank you, follow up question does Jeff pick something they are known for like the Cook's Hat or asks them what they want it to be?

I think step 1 is move to Carbondale. Step 2 is enjoy Carbondale. No one's been able to get to step 3 yet.
