If one has both the Elder and Eldest Orb of Dragonkind, does one get to choose two stat increases?

It's the Dragonkin subtype that gives you the bonus, not the orbs themselves. The orbs just grant the subtype.

One may not equip both the Elder Orb of Dragonkind and Eldest Orb of Dragonkind .
