TOPIC: Honeycomb from Geeks Doing Good 2022

I saw that Auri’s Honeycomb and Taborlin’s Key are both perks from this year’s Geeks Doing Good campaign that Rothfuss is running. The info didn’t say anything about the candle, so I was wondering if perhaps more candles were part of next year’s token order?

Pretty sure that's old stock from the previous fundraiser.
To my knowledge, no additional candles have been printed.

Well then that's a crap ton of old stock. Between the three different pledge levels that include Honeycombs the total comes out to be 675 Honeycomb Tokens. I'd be very surprised if they had that much old stock. But who knows, they didn't seem to be very organized last go around, maybe he found a few boxes of these in his garage somewhere. Or maybe they don't realize if they hit 100% of those pledge levels they'll need 675 Honeycombs.

I'm really glad I transmuted my candle since they're out of stock. I'll have to think about sending some more money to get one or more honeycombs now.

I was eyeing it ( because I don’t have 10G laying around ) and pondered to myself…. Oh what could I get…. Ooo!!! Maybe I can use it’s power to make him finish the book 3rd book 😂😂

It’s an interesting official question to ask TD (whether more Auri’s Candles will be made for the additional honeycombs being released)? It may be these are leftovers from the previous year so likely not.
