Just got my Safehold III back in the mail today. Hoping to add some followers at GHC.

Our community continues to grow. We're up to 31 Registered Safehold Owners. Eight have upgraded their properties to Safehold III. We have a total of 162 registered hirelings, underlings and followers.

In less than a couple of weeks I expect to see more than a few applications for construction permits. I've added a column to the registry where you can indicate (with an "X") if your safehold is under construction. Safety helms may be required in those areas.

I’m ready to upgrade to a 4 under construction but not until GenCon.

Anyone have a Safehold II under construction?

Anyone not planning to playing Mythic going to make a Safehold I and Coin of Wealth (approximate cost without any hirelings, underlings, henchmen and sidekicks is $7,500) for one extra treasure and freeing up slots?

I'm making one, with the hope of playing mythic if I so choose.

As we get closer to Mythic play, I plan to add a column to the registry where people with a Safehold I can indicate if they are able and interested in Mythic runs. That will give people some indication of who they might be able to recruit to a run. I also plan to probably add a tab where we can organize mythic runs. I'll only manage to make one Safehold I myself, but I fully intend to play Mythic and will buy out runs based on interest. More on all this probably later in the year or early next year. I think Jeff indicated that while Safehold I can be constructed in October, Mythic tokens won't be available until January and Mythic runs might not start until later next year, possibly Ring Con (?).

For anyone who thinks getting to Mythic shouldn't be a sprint, it's not. I've been buying and saving trade goods and planning for this for over 2 years. It'll be over 3 years before they are available. I still don't have enough to get everything, but am also still working on it. Not needing a CoW until 2027 helps. However, the recipes in my opinion are already on the edge of turning people away. I say that having talked to a lot of people to gauge their interest. Some have already decided against it strictly because of cost. If the recipes change for the worse, even more people, including myself will likely be out.

I am planning on making the safehold 1 just for the coin. At this point I am not making any of the other benefits, but will likely come back to them. It is going to kill all my trade goods just to get there as it is currently looking. I would probably get there a lot faster but there really aren’t enough tokens for my builds coming out in current sets to motivate me to make large purchases.

If I make Safehold I (which may or may not happen depending on how lucky I get with treasure pulls and what Legendaries I want to transmute over the next several years), this will likely be my position as well. Previous discussions of Mythic (separate rewards system, previous plan of a completely separate set of trade goods, etc) make it feel like it's going to be aimed squarely at people committing to it on a very regular basis, and I don't do enough runs in general or have a regular enough group for that.

Since there seems to be some concern and interest about future mythic runs, I've gone ahead and added a "Mythic" tab to the Safehold Registry.
