I don't think anyone in the community (and perhaps anyone at TD) know the final art and effects of these tokens. When the final effects are set, they will be documented in TokenDB. Even then they may be changed later.

The TokenDB entry for the transmuted token says: "This is not the final version of this token. This is just a placeholder (PH) until the actual token and its exact power are revealed in late 2025."

It still can be. Just don't ever sell it or let someone else use it. Wala! Soulforged! For what people are paying for the fragments it will be nice for a completed Mark to be usable by another if it's owner needs to sell it.

after reading this am I right to understand that just crafting the ring will only get you into ringcon but not actually be able to do what I assumed was the dungeon for ringcon? I never went to Skullcon so I don't know too much about what people actually did but I thought those who crafted the skull were able to do a special dungeon.
