TOPIC: ORDER them TOKENS...helps trading in the off season

Tried many, many times over the last 45 min and I still cannot get payment through.  Isn't it ironic.  I am trying to give TD $1000 but the website won't take the money.  Maybe it's a sign telling me not to do it.

After doing more research (it's now going 2 hours that I am trying to make this purchase), it seems that Paypal may be limiting the $ amount they accept via credit card payment.  Does anyone know if that is true?  Does anyone know whether the credit card company charges financial fees if the card is used through Paypal?<br /><br /><br />Thanks

My paypal of $1k went through.<br />Keep in mind, credit card companies sometimes refuse such large purchases.  My bank is very fickle.  Almost anything over $250 gets flagged and denied.  I then need to call up, talk to securtiy (at the credit card company), verify about 5 transactions in the past, and then they approve the denied transaction.  Then I need to call the retailer and have them reprocesses the request.<br /><br />That is NOT what happened today.  I checked with my credit card company.  It was all with either the TD web site (it wouldn't take my card directly) or with PayPal (when I tried the PayPal method, the first time, I received the same error you did).<br /><br />If worse comes to worse, call TD and leave a voice message or e-mail them.<br /><br />GOOD LUCK

i got my oreder in. i had to revert back to using phone. paypal said i had to log into account to go through. the catch is, my account has been cancelled/closed for years. no problems with the phone though. i left message for them to call me back at their convenience.

I had no problems. Token order went through nicely (even though I used a different CC than I have listed on my PayPal account).<br /><br />Someone, save me a seat at Tokens Anonymous!
