Oh yeah, I wanted to ask everyone's input on categories.

In the wooden days, we had things such as Wondrous. With the 2007 tokens, the front of the tokens do not show "Wondrous" anymore. Should these items still be separated out or should such items be condenxed into a single category.
We could combine Wondrous, Uncategorized, and Items.

John
JKW

John,

The Ring of Regeneration is a 2004 Token, it has a pentagram on the back. I think the Ring of Three Wishes is also 2004.

Thanks,
Mike

John,

Great job on the spreadsheet!

I think that all the Ultra-Rares that are listed for 2005b should also be listed for 2005a, right?

Thanks!
Mike

Thank you, Mike.
The v6.0 Token Guide shows them as 2005 tokens.
Can owners of these tokens please confirm the years/symbols?

JKW

Check the collector's matrix at the back, most of the URs were added in the 2005b set.

It may actually be that all were added in the 2005b set except for the rings, so the one Heavy repeating crossbow in 2005A is an error.

(Yep, just checked, no URs in 2005a, except RoR and RoTW. RoR and RoTW were planned ahead of time as volunteer recognition items and printed with the 2005 set. There were no other URs planned for 2005, until jeff got the idea to make up a bunch that would be found in the dungeon only, hense the printing with the 2005b series.)

Dave

Thank you again, Mike.

Not certain here.
The v 6.0 Guide shows all but one 2005 UR in 2005b only and not in 2005a.
The v 6.0 Guide shows the Heavy Repeating Crossbow as being in both 2005a and 2005b.

This contradicts the v 5.2 Guide (which is what this spreadsheet was originally based up - I didn't update it with the v 6.0 coloring last night like I intended to).
The v 5.2 Guide shows that the Heavy Repeating Crossbow was Red in 2004-2006 but the v 6.0 Guide shows the same token as a UR in 2005a and 2005b and Red in 2006.

??? Looks like there are some major differences between Guide versions.

Thank you for confirming, Dave.

You may need to update the v 6.0 Guide regarding the Heavy Repeating Crossbow.
Can you please confirm what years and rarity it is? V 5.2 shows Red 2004, 2005a, 2005b, and 2006. V 6.0 shows Purp 2005a (oops) and 2005b, and Red 2006. What about the 2004 year? If it existed in 2005a, was it Red?

Thank you much all for the feedback and updates.

Dave,

I hate to disagree with you, but I have a Ring of Regeneration, and it has the pentagram marking on the back so it is 2004. Per Jeff Martin, the Rings of Regeneration were given out at the close of the tear-down in 2004. I believe that the Ring of Three Wishes was also 2004, but I can't confirm that. I know Jeff has one though, so he could take a look and see if it is 2004 or 2005.

Thanks,
Mike
Found a post from Niles_Stonne on August 19, 2004, 12:48:14 AM stating he received a Ring of Three Wishes and that Warren received a Ring of Regeneration.

(I'll consider this Confirmed.)

Confirmed - 2004 printings of both Ring of Regeneration and Ring of Three Wishes.

What I wonder now is, are there 2005 printings? Searching the posts...

Were any "misprinted" a different year symbol (my guess is, not likely)

JKW

Still haven't found anything about 2005 versions of the rings, but I did find some info on them...

This is, apparently, a 2005 posting 8/18/2005 regarding the 2004 rings and Jeff's decision to throw some URs into the dungeon (hence the URs showing up in the 2005b printing).

JKW

truedungeon.com/trueforum/index.php?topic=323.0
