TOPIC: Platemail, Helms AND MORE for trade...

Looks like the dwarves were busy as my last load of tokens had a bunch of Platemail and Helms.<br /><br />If you need Platemail and a Great Helm or Helm of Clear Thought...PM me!<br /><br />Also in good supply - Elven Chain and Mage Armor...oh and Short Swords +1 are the special of the day - but all +1 weapons are on sale!<br /><br />Things I am looking for:<br /><br />Thunderstones (Gold or PLAT or WOOD)<br /><br />Also any of the following if on a PLAT Chip:<br />POT Cure LW (5)<br />Long Sword +1<br />SC Cure LW (8)<br /><br />Thanks,<br />Gary

<br /><br />Woohoo for getting that last box of your shipment. I wonder what took it so long? Maybe they sent it up north by dogsled, partway, until they realized their mistake?)<br /><br />

All good - John should get an award for SUPERSTAR TRADER!<br /><br />oh - the last box - I think what happened is USPS sent all three boxes a different route, one box went to the Anaheim Post office for sure, one box went to Santa Ana...they were processed at different speeds most likely, and some had more legs of their journey than others...hence the delay.<br /><br />You should have seen the fit my mail carrier threw when the 40LB box arrived...

<br /><br />Dogsled?  I think mine were carried part of the way by wild dogs.  One box had the whole side torn out (and re-taped) and another one had a bite (?) taken out of one edge.  Miraculously, all the tokens made it intact.  <br /><br />

At least the wild dogs got the tokens to me quickly.  =D<br /><br />Those flat rate boxes may be rated for 70 pounds, but I don't think the post office really put that to the test.  The TD tokens did.  And the boxes didn't do so well.  Of course, it's really only a problem for large orders.  Now that most of those are out of the way, most token buyers shouldn't have any problems at all.  (And I reiterate, I didn't have any problems, per se.  The tokens got here just fine, even though the boxes were torn up.)<br /><br />

Thats ok Gary, sometimes we screw up and want to hear all feedback. I'm glad the boxes made it in varing conditions. Just think how much money Lori saved by using flat-rate boxes!<br /><br />Larry
